Mayor Mark Irwin was born and raised in Scarborough and has been a councillor for the City of Stirling since 2015. Mark was recently elected as Mayor by his fellow councillors in October 2017.
Deputy Mayor David Lagan has been a councillor since 2011. He has two teenage children who attend local schools and participate in sport both at school and club level.
David is a retired police officer and enjoyed three terms as Mayor. In addition to his role on Council, David is passionate about crime prevention, sustainability, the environment and community safety issues.
Keith has lived in Stirling his whole life. He has a background in supermarkets, working in the local Mirrabooka area for over 20 years. He has been a councillor since 2011, serving one term as Deputy Mayor.
Karen has been a City of Stirling councillor since 2013 and is committed to developing strong, inclusive communities where everyone can contribute.
Stephanie has owned and operated a small business since 1989 and has enjoyed a diverse administrative career path in small, medium and corporate business enterprises as well as the local government sector.
Elizabeth was born in Mount Lawley and has loved living in Woodlands for most of her life. She believes community consultation and education are paramount to delivering good services and value for ratepayers.
Father of three and a long-time resident of the City, Andrew enjoys taking part in a range of voluntary activities. He is an environmental conservationist, passionate about green initiatives.
Karlo is a first term councillor for the Hamersley ward. He has been living in the area with his family for over 20 years. He will endeavour to ensure that his first term results in tangible benefits for the ratepayers he represents.
Bianca is an Inglewood resident and aims to bring fresh ideas to Council with a strong focus on local community, integrity, service, community engagement and fiscal responsibility.
Joe has lived in the City of Stirling for over 50 years, growing up in Tuart Hill and its surrounding suburbs. Joe has particular interests in community safety, heritage protection and preservation of open spaces.
Suzanne represents the Lawley ward and is a member of the Audit committee.
Giovanni is a registered builder and is enthusiastic about improving the local economy and growth opportunities to ensure Stirling is a strong and prosperous City for the community to enjoy.
Adam was born and raised in Osborne Park. As a councillor, he is committed to ensuring fair governance, consistency in council decisions and friendly service to the community.
