Community hubs

The City of Stirling has four community hubs that offer a range of facilities and spaces for community activities.

Mirrabooka Community Hub, Inglewood Town Square, Osborne Community Hub and Scarborough Community Hub have activities such as storytime and rhymetime, lego club, book clubs, women’s health clubs, children’s services, tax help, innovations lab, Justice of the Peace, English conversation groups and mental health access services. 

Mirrabooka Community Hub

The Mirrabooka Community Hub consists of a range of facilities and spaces available to everyone in the community.

The hub is located at 21 Sudbury Rd, Mirrabooka WA 6061.

Ishar Multicultural Women’s Health Centre

Provides information and referral, individual counselling, support programs, health promotion/health education and clinical services for women of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

Mental Health Access services

Provides specialised mental health services for migrants and refugees, to improve the quality of life and well-being of individuals.

Inglewood Town Square

The Inglewood Town Square comprises of facilities and spaces that are available for everyone in the community to use and enjoy.

    The town square is located at 895 Beaufort Street (cnr Beaufort St and Tenth Ave), Inglewood.

      Read, eat, play and relax on our outdoor seating in the courtyard. Tables and benches made by the Stirling Community Men’s Shed offer a place to sit under the shade, connect with friends, and socialise. Enjoy playing free table tennis or giant chess in the Hub forecourt. Keys are located at the Community Centre desk.

      Stirling Community Centres - Osborne

      Hall and meeting room hire

      The Stirling Community Centres - Osborne provides a range of information and activities for all age groups including: ‘crafternoon’ group, Job Shop, Child Health Nurse, exercise and dance classes, wedding functions, meetings and seminars. A small activity room accommodating up to 20 people is available for hire.

      The room includes a whiteboard, data projector and kitchenette.

      Stirling Leisure Centres - Scarborough

      This centre has a fully-equipped gym, indoor sports courts and runs a range of group fitness classes for all ages and abilities. The centre offers venue hire, plus indoor activity programs for all ages.

      Scarborough child health nurse

      Child health nurses aim to promote the health and wellbeing of children and parents with free services that assess growth and developement. Our nurses provide information on breastfeeding, nutrition, sleep and settling, behaviour, play, post-natal depression and immunisations.
