Mobile Coffee Operator Trial for Community Hubs

The City is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced mobile coffee operators to provide coffee, related beverages and light refreshments at any one of the below community hubs for a 3 month trial period.

  • Scarborough Community Hub – 173 Gildercliffe Street, Scarborough
  • Hamersley Community Hub – 20 Belvedere Road, Hamersley
  • Mirrabooka Community Hub – service from Wandjoo Gardens; Milldale Way, Mirrabooka.

The City is seeking one mobile coffee operator for each hub.

The purpose of this trial period is to assess the feasibility and demand for a coffee operator at our community hubs, with the potential for a longer-term contract based on performance and satisfaction.
