When registering, make sure that you select the regions and industries relevant to your organisation to receive notifications of the City's advertised opportunities.

Typically, the City's invitation for tenders (IFT) comprises (but is not limited to):

  • Conditions of contract including any annexures
  • Preliminaries/specification/brief

As well as the tender documents, the system contains a series of questions you must respond to online. The system will prompt you to respond to all relevant questions and provide response template documents where required.

You must describe how the alternative tender departs from the City's detailed requirements and how the City will benefit. A user manual related to alternative tender submissions is available on the system in the instructions tab.

The City of Stirling provides internet access at its libraries across the City. PCs can be booked in advance and used to upload submissions.
