Changes to the Construction Training Fund
- From 1 July 2026, the City of Stirling will no longer collect the Construction Training Fund (CTF) levy
- All CTF levies must be paid directly to the Construction Training Fund
- A copy of the CTF payment receipt is required for all building and demolition permit applications where the cost of works exceeds $100,000.

Update to building application fees
From 1 July 2026, the minimum application fees under the Building Regulations 2012 will increase by 10%. Please refer to the Building Permit Fees and Charges for further information.
From 8 July 2026, an $110.00 fee applies to all BA19 applications (Request to Amend Building Permit or Builder Details). Please refer to the Building Permit Fees and Charges for further information.
