Changes to the Construction Training Fund

From 1 July 2026, the City of Stirling will no longer collect the Construction Training Fund (CTF) levy
All CTF levies must be paid directly to the Construction Training Fund
A copy of the CTF payment receipt is required for all building and demolition permit applications where the cost of works exceeds $100,000.
