Expressions of interest

If you are interested in becoming a supplier for community events, please register via the below forms. Expressions of interest are accepted throughout the year.

  • Artists, performers and community organisations: Please complete the supplier registration form. This will save your details to our supplier database for future reference.
  • Food vendors: Please complete the permit application and submit along with any required documents to environmentalhealth@stirling.wa.gov.au. Please note that no fee is required to submit a permit application. Refer to the food permit FAQs for further information.
  • Buskers and entertainers: Live entertainment adds to the City’s vibrancy and helps to create an atmosphere where people want to be. However, there are several considerations that we need to make before allowing buskers and entertainers to occupy our streets. Please contact the City's Arts and Events Team on (08) 9205 8555 and ensure you have a minimum $20 million Public Liability Insurance prior to enquiring.
