Archived building plans are generally requested by real estate agents, prospective buyers and home owners who are looking to develop their property.
In order to access archived plans, you are required to obtain written permission from the property owner.

You’ll be required to upload your completed application form and make a payment. Processing times can take up to 10 working days.
Alternatively, forms can be lodged and paid for in person at our Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021.
