The City of Stirling understands that graffiti vandalism has a significant effect on the sense of safety within our community.
To help keep our neighbourhoods safe, clean and welcoming, the City will remove graffiti from:
- City infrastructure
- Private and commercial property at street level
- Where a building or object has street exposure.
Reporting graffiti on City property
We welcome feedback from the community to help keep the City clean. If you would like to report graffiti, please use the form below.
Graffiti Report Form
Once reported, please allow three working days for the graffiti to be removed. Obscene or offensive graffiti will be removed as soon as possible. Time-frames may vary depending on weather conditions.

Graffiti can also be reported to WA Police on 131 444 or via the WA Police Goodbye Graffiti website.
Reporting graffiti on other property
If you see graffiti on property belonging to the following organisations, you can call them directly to report it.
Contact the Perth office of Adshel on (08) 9213 5600 to report graffiti.
ATCO Gas Australia
You can report a problem with ATCO Gas Australia on 13 13 56.
If you see graffiti on an Australia Post property, you can call them on 13 13 18.
Department of Education
You can contact the Department of Education to report graffiti on (08) 9264 4111.
The Good Samaritans can be contacts on (08) 9463 0500 to report graffiti.
Main Roads can be contacted on 13 81 38 to report graffiti.
National Broadband Network (NBN)
1800 687 626 or visit www.nbn.com.au to lodge a request. Please note that photo evidence is required to submit a request.

The City can provide residents with graffiti wipes to remove graffiti from property. Wipes are available for collection from the Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling or can be sent via post on request.
