Trigg Bushland Reserve Story Trail coming soon

The City is creating a permanent interpretive trail through Trigg Bushland Reserve to celebrate its native flora and fauna, ancient pathways and changing landscape.
Why Trigg Bushland Reserve?
Spanning 170 hectares near the coast, Trigg Bushland Reserve is a Class A Reserve and Bush Forever site which is listed on the State Heritage Register. It’s a significant remnant of coastal bushland, showcasing diverse flora and fauna on ancient sand dune systems. From remnant Rottnest Island pines to Tuart trees, the area is a peaceful retreat for locals and visitors alike.
Join us for a guided walk
Join members of the local Nyoongar community and Friends of Trigg Bushland for a guided walk through the bushland as they share deeper insights into the area’s history and ecology.
Dates: Saturday 27 September and Saturday 4 October 2025
Time: 9.00am – 11.00am
