Discover the creativity and stories behind the City of Stirling's 2026 Artists in Residence program. Join the artists as they share their creative practices, aspirations for the residency and insights into the ideas, places and communities that inspire their work. You'll also hear about the workshops and opportunities available throughout the program and how you can get involved.
Whether you're curious about local art, looking to connect with artists or hoping to find something unique to take home, you're welcome to browse, purchase artwork or simply drop in for a chat. Light refreshments and drinks will be provided.

Mount Flora Regional Museum also will be open on Saturday 15 August from 10.00am - 4.00pm.
Meet the Artists at the Mount Flora Regional Museum and take a tour through the past at the City of Stirling's community history museum. Participate in a craft activity in the museum, suitable for ages 5+.
Take the stairs to the top of the water tower for a 360 degree view across Star Swamp and the Indian Ocean, and then let the children enjoy the playground in Laurie Strutt Reserve.
A coffee cart will be on site, and early comers will get a free beverage!

The City of Stirling acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land, the Wadjak people of the Nyoongar Nation, and pays respect to the Elders both past and present for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal Australia.
