The proposed development is as follows:
- The construction of a purpose built indoor padel centre, replacing the two (2) outdoor astroturf lawn bowling greens at the eastern (rear) side of the subject site.
- The proposed purpose built indoor padel centre will include the following:
- Nine (9) padel courts and incidental amenities;
- An office, storeroom and basic equipment shop;
- Four (4) new bicycle parking spaces;
- New landscaping; and
- An associated car parking configuration to increase the amount of bays by five (5) spaces.
