Scarborough Beach Tennis WA - Regulation 19B Venue Approval consultation outcome

Following the community consultation and consideration of submissions received, the City’s Chief Executive Officer has now approved a three (3) year Regulation 19B venue approval for Beach Tennis WA.

Beach Tennis WA, located at 105 Deanmore Road, Scarborough has been granted approval as published in the Government Gazette Friday 20 March 2026.

A person aggrieved by a decision such as the venue being approved, or a condition of the venue approval may lodge an appeal with the Minister for Environment. The appeal must be lodged within 21 days of publication of the venue approval in the Government Gazette (effective from Friday 20 March 2026).
