Free digital action plans

We’re committed to helping small businesses across the City of Stirling strengthen their digital capability, improve efficiency and stay competitive in an increasingly digital marketplace. As part of this commitment, we’re offering a free, tailored Digital Action Plan to support local businesses looking to grow through smarter digital tools and strategies.

This opportunity is delivered through the Digital Solutions program, funded by the Australian Government, and provides practical, personalised guidance to help you understand and improve the digital side of your business.

What the Digital Action Plan includes

When you register, you’ll be matched with a digital advisor who will work closely with you to understand your business goals, challenges and current digital setup. Together, you’ll explore areas where digital solutions can make a meaningful difference - whether that’s improving online visibility, streamlining operations, enhancing customer engagement or adopting new technologies.

Your tailored Digital Action Plan will outline:

• Clear recommendations based on your business needs
• Practical steps to help you adopt digital tools
• Opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Suggestions for strengthening your online presence
• Referrals to specialist digital experts if you need more advanced support.

If your business requires deeper one on one assistance, the program can connect you with a digital expert for more specialised guidance.

With the right digital tools, businesses can boost visibility, streamline operations, improve customer experiences and adapt confidently to change. This program helps you take practical, achievable steps into digital transformation at any skill level.

Program cost

The one on one advisory service is normally valued at $110, but the City of Stirling will fully cover the cost for the first 10 eligible local businesses that register.

This means you can access up to four hours of personalised digital support at no cost, helping you build confidence and capability in the digital space.

How to register

To secure your free Digital Action Plan, email ecodevelop@stirling.wa.gov.au with the following details:

• Your name
• Business name
• ABN
• Business address.

Once we confirm your eligibility, we’ll send you a unique code that gives you access to the program at no charge. We’re proud to offer this initiative as part of our ongoing support for local businesses.
