ECU Mount Lawley Redevelopment forward works consultation

The Western Australian Planning Commission has received a development application for forward works at the former ECU Mount Lawley site.

The development application proposes bulk earthworks, tree removal and the demolition of existing buildings, hardstands and services.

The forward works would prepare the site for proposed redevelopment, as detailed in the ECU Mount Lawley Redevelopment Master Plan, released in February.

Prepared by Urbis on behalf of DevelopmentWA, the forward works development application is being advertised for public comment until 19 March 2026.
