Content warning:This event includes discussion of suicide, grief, loss and mental health, which may be distressing for some people.
On World Suicide Prevention Day, our community will come together for a Remembrance Ceremony honouring the men whose lives have been lost to suicide.
This meaningful gathering will provide families, friends and community members with a safe and supportive space to remember loved ones, reflect on their lives and acknowledge the lasting impact of their loss. The ceremony will offer a moment of connection, compassion and hope, while reminding everyone affected by suicide that they are not alone.
Together, we will stand beside those who are grieving, encourage open conversations about mental health and strengthen our commitment to suicide prevention.
Everyone is welcome to attend, pay tribute and help create a community where men feel supported to speak openly and seek help when they need it.
By remembering those we have lost, we can inspire hope, reduce stigma and work together to help prevent further lives being lost to suicide.
