Swim for Life

Swim for Life 2026 returns to Stirling Leisure – Inglewood on 15 November, bringing the community together to support mental health through one of WA's most inspiring fundraising events.

What began in 2019 as a small community initiative has grown into a major annual event dedicated to reducing male suicide, strengthening community connections and supporting men's wellbeing.

Hosted by Mens Talk and supported by North Perth Community Bank, Swim for Life features relay-style swimming challenges alongside a family-friendly festival atmosphere, complete with music, activities and entertainment.

Participants and supporters come together to raise vital funds for free mental health programs, including mentoring, support groups, workshops and youth initiatives that help men feel connected, supported and heard.

With an ambitious fundraising goal of $250,000 in 2026, the event aims to make a lasting impact on men's mental health across Western Australia while creating a memorable day of community spirit, participation and purpose.
