Cold Nips
The Cold Nips Summer Wellbeing Series returns to the Scarborough foreshore, offering free weekly wellness sessions designed to promote physical health, mental wellbeing and community connection.
Delivered by Cold Nips Ltd, a Scarborough-based health promotion charity, the series runs every Wednesday morning from 18 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 across three locations on the Scarborough foreshore.
Each session begins with a free guided wellbeing activity led by qualified facilitators, featuring a rotating program of yoga, Pilates, run club, or mobility, breathwork and mindfulness.
Participants are then invited to connect with others before taking part in an optional group ocean dip, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for people of all ages and fitness levels.
With a strong focus on accessibility, connection and healthy lifestyles, the Cold Nips Summer Wellbeing Series encourages the community to start their day outdoors, embrace the benefits of movement and experience the wellbeing opportunities offered by Perth's coastline.
