The Living Green Education Series returns this autumn with four inspiring, expert-led workshops designed to empower residents to take practical environmental action at home and in their community. 

Free for City of Stirling residents, these workshops offer practical tips for anyone looking to make sustainable changes at home – with two events this month to kick off the series.

Right tree, right place | Wednesday 18 March | 6.00pm – 7.30pm
Join us for this online event to learn how to choose the best tree species for your home, understand local soil and water needs and set your plants up for long-term success in Perth’s climate. This is a great session for those interested in participating in the Free Trees and Plants program this year!

Powering up our communities – the future is electric | Saturday 21 March | 10.30am – 12.00 noon
Curious about electrification? Join us at Stirling Leisure – Dianella Community Centre to discover how households and neighbourhoods can transition to cleaner, smarter and more efficient technologies – saving money and reducing emissions.
