Kick off a new era for Carine Community Parkland

Colourful playground featuring accessible ramps, slides and play structures in a shaded park setting surrounded by mature trees.

03 November 2026

Join us as we celebrate the transformation of Carine Community Parkland into a vibrant, accessible and welcoming community space from 8.00am to 11.00am on Sunday 22 November.

Enjoy a morning of free family-friendly entertainment, including face painting, roving performers, popcorn, fairy floss and a wheelchair basketball demonstration by Rebound WA.

The revitalised parkland offers something for everyone, with a new playground, netball and basketball courts, picnic areas, barbecues and public artworks by local artists Kyle Hughes-Odgers and Chris Nixon from Moving Colour Studio.

As parking is limited, we encourage attendees to walk, cycle or use public transport where possible.
