Do you know an aspiring female leader in our community?

As a proud supporter of the 2027 Future Female Leaders Signature Program, City of Stirling is encouraging our emerging leaders to apply now.

This highly regarded, fully funded six-month leadership program is open to all WA students entering Year 11 in 2027 who identify as female.

Designed to empower the leaders of tomorrow, the program provides:

Leadership knowledge and practical skills
Professional mentoring and group coaching
Industry networks and role models
Social consciousness and confidence to make a difference.

Applications close Friday 4 December 2026 – please encourage students to apply early, as the process takes time to complete.
