The City of Stirling's Remembrance Day Services provide opportunities for residents to come together and honour the service and sacrifice of Australia's veterans and servicemen and women. Held at memorial locations across the city, these community ceremonies commemorate those who have served in conflicts around the world while reflecting on the enduring importance of peace and remembrance.
Delivered in partnership with local Rotary clubs, RSL sub-branches and community organisations, the services feature commemorative proceedings, wreath laying, moments of silence and community participation. Many events also include performances from local schools, musicians and choirs, helping to create meaningful and respectful ceremonies that connect people of all ages with the significance of Remembrance Day.
