October School Holidays: Stop Motion Animation Stirling Libraries

Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop this October School Holidays at Stirling Libraries where children can create their own stop motion animations using mini wooden mannequins. Participants will design and decorate their own mannequin characters, learn some simple K-pop dance moves, and discover the basics of stop motion animation.

Using the Stop Motion Studio app, children will capture each movement frame by frame and watch their dancers come to life on screen. This creative session encourages storytelling, movement, and digital creativity in a fun and engaging way. 

Please note: All participants are required to bring their own tablet/iPad/smartphone with the Stop Motion Studio app already preinstalled. The app can be found on the App Store for Apple devices and the Play Store for Android devices. Suitable for children aged 7-15 years. Bookings are essential.

• Parents/caregivers must remain in the library for the duration of the session
• If you can no longer attend this event, please cancel your tickets or contact the library so a child on the waitlist can attend.
