Strong committees are the foundation of successful community organisations, clubs and not-for-profits. This workshop explores what it takes to establish and maintain effective, inclusive and compliant committees that support positive participation, good governance and long-term sustainability.

This workshop equips participants with practical information and skills to turn ideas into action, including tips to manage any conflict along the way.
It will combine practical guidance, discussion and real-world examples to help participants strengthen committee effectiveness and build a positive organisational culture.
Who should attend
This workshop is aimed at current and aspiring committee members, volunteers and anyone involved in the duties of a community organisation, club or not-for-profit.
Individual residents or those from local community groups, clubs and not-for-profit groups may register.
