Co-Exist Coastal Festival

Co-Exist Coastal Festival Comes to Trigg Join the community at Clarko Reserve, Trigg, on Saturday 19 September for the Co-Exist Coastal Festival, an evening dedicated to environmental action, education and community connection.

The festival will begin with a community beach clean-up before an outdoor screening of The Plastic Country, a documentary by Kal Glanznig exploring the impact of plastic pollution on our environment. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from environmental advocate Sophia Skarparis during a post-film Q&A session.

Visitors can enjoy music, explore stalls showcasing local environmental initiatives and connect with others who are passionate about protecting Perth’s coastline.

The event is presented by Co-Exist, a youth-led organisation that empowers young Australians to reconnect with nature, take meaningful climate action and build stronger communities through hands-on conservation projects. The free community event runs from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and welcomes people of all ages to get involved, learn more about local environmental efforts and help make a positive impact on the coast.
