For the health and safety of employees and patrons, the following conditions of entry must be adhered to prior to entry:
- No towel, no entry
- Towels must be used on equipment
- Please do not attend the facility if you are unwell
- Please refrain from wearing inappropriate clothing
- Children 4 years and under:
- Must wear a ‘Watch Around Water’ wristband at all times
- Must be accompanied by a supervising adult (16 years or older) in the water within arms length, at all times.
- Children 12 years and under
- Must be accompanied by a supervising adult (16 years or older) at all times.
Staff will be onsite during all opening hours to assist users, please follow the direction of staff at all times. Staff retain the right to refuse entry for anyone who does not comply with the above conditions of entry.

Feel the heat with our brand new sauna
We’re pleased to share that a brand-new sauna has opened at Stirling Leisure – Balga.
This exciting addition reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing your health, wellness, and recovery experience. The sauna will be located outside the hydrotherapy pool and is available for patrons aged 17 years and over.
Access to the sauna is included with full access or pool memberships and it is also available casually with a swim-plus visit. Please note that all sauna users are required to collect a wristband from reception prior to entering; bookings are not necessary.
For hygiene and safety, we kindly ask all patrons to shower before using the sauna. Additionally, please refrain from pouring water onto the sauna elements or rocks, as this is strictly prohibited.
