Grab your wheels and helmet and come join the Freestyle Now crew for some awesome free Whirling in Stirling coaching sessions these school holidays!
Dates and locations:
- Scooter Coaching | 30 September 2025 at Scarborough Beach Skatepark
- BMX Coaching | 1 October 2025 at Carine Skatepark
- Skateboard Coaching | 8 October 2025 at Balga Skatepark.
Each coaching clinic involves two 50-minute sessions starting at 9.00am and 11.00am.
Parents are welcome to join in a 10-minute chat with our coaches to learn about skatepark safety, gear and how to support your kids.
Who can join?
Sessions are designed for kids aged 6+ and participants will be split into groups based on their skill level. Kids under six may still be able to join if they can follow instructions and ride safely!

- How to ride safely
- Skatepark manners
- Confidence.
What you need to bring
- Your own wheels
- A helmet (no helmet, no ride)
- Closed-in shoes
- Our coaches can’t fix equipment during the session, so make sure yours is ready to roll!
Why it’s awesome
Run by real scooter pros from the Freestyle Now squad, learn new skills and make new friends.
Sessions are conducted by Freestyle Now in partnership with the City of Stirling and are proudly alcohol and other drug free.
