Proposed Variable Speed Zone adjustments on Beaufort Street

Residents of Inglewood are invited to share their feedback on a proposal to adjust the Variable Speed Zone (VSZ) on Beaufort Street, between Central Avenue and Crawley Street.
Residents of Inglewood are invited to share their feedback on a proposal to adjust the Variable Speed Zone (VSZ) on Beaufort Street, between Central Avenue and Crawley Street.
Currently, the 40 km/h speed limit is in effect from 7.30am to 10.00pm daily, reverting to 60km/h at other times.
Council is considering a proposal is to adjust the VSZ hours to operate from 7.30am to 7.00pm daily, meaning the speed limit would revert back to 60km/h after 7.00pm.
