For one hour on Saturday mornings 7.00am to 8.00am during school terms for adult women. Sessions include simple Yoga poses (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama), Meditation techniques (Om and mantra chants, Tratak, Dharana) and deep relaxation (Yog nidra).
Ability to sit and lie down on a Yoga mat is required. You will feel relaxed and refreshed at the end of each session, and also mentally calm and peaceful.
