City of Stirling Nursery Tour

Did you know we are one of the only local governments in WA to have our own in-house nursery? Our nursery propagates and grows plants and tree stock for use in the landscaping of our parks, medians, roundabouts, street verges, reserves, and bushland revegetation. 

In addition, many of the plants for our Free Tree & Plants Program are sourced from the nursery. Last year, our in-house nursery produced over 50,000 plants and trees for City projects and community programs, and the vast majority of these were waterwise natives!

Join Nursery Supervisor, Ross Burnett and representatives from the Conservation and Wildlife team, to hear more about some of the City planting programs and enjoy a tour of the nursery. Spaces are limited.
