Balga Skate Park Festival

The City of Stirling is proud to partner with Freestyle Now to present the Skate Park Festival and competition on Saturday 28 March at Balga Skate Park. Register your spot in a comp or just come along and cheer on a local legend as they battle it out.

There will be chill out zones, music, a free sausage sizzle, games and more to enjoy. Competitors can enter for various skill levels – beginners (younger and still learning), intermediates (competitors with some solid skills), or open class (consistent and dialled tricks) across multiple disciplines, including BMX, skateboard, inline, rollerskate and scooter. Each competitor is given two 60-second runs, with their best performance determining their score. Competitors are judged on difficulty, diversity, and consistency.

Registrations are now open – only competitors need to register for this event.

The venue has accessible toilets, pathways and ACROD parking is available.

This event is presented by the City of Stirling in partnership with Freestyle Now and is proudly alcohol and other drug free.
