BUILD Workshop - Fundraising Beyond Grants

Overview This interactive workshop equips participants with actionable strategies to build a stronger, more sustainable funding base. Attendees will evaluate their current funding mix and uncover hidden assets while exploring diverse revenue streams like sponsorships, donations, memberships, and business partnerships. Participants will leave with a clear 90-day action plan featuring realistic steps they can implement immediately.

• New ideas for sponsorship, donations, memberships, earned income and partnerships 
• A 90 day action plan with realistic steps that can be started straight away.

Who should attend

This workshop is aimed at current and aspiring committee members, volunteers and anyone involved in the duties of a community organisation, club or not-for-profit. Individual residents or those from local community groups, clubs and not-for-profit groups may register.
