The Better Health Program is a free, 10-week healthy lifestyle program that provides children 6-12 and their families support to establish healthy family habits.

Across two hours, families will gain skills and knowledge with nutrition, active movement, reducing screen-time, and mindfulness in an engaging and friendly environment!
