Want to get FREE healthy-lifestyle support for your child (aged 6 - 12) and family, all while having active fun at BOUNCE?!

The Better Health Program is a free, 10-week healthy lifestyle program that provides guidance, resources and solutions to help develop a healthier lifestyle for your family. This involves quality nutrition, physical activity, and appropriate goal setting.

You only need to commit 2 hours a week and get support from a health professional.
