Upcoming change to the delivery of the Care finder program
The City has been unsuccessful in its application for continued funding under the Care finder program. Current funding is scheduled to conclude on 30 June 2026, and as a result, the City of Stirling will cease intake on Monday 4 May.
While this outcome is regrettable, the City is committed to ensuring a planned, appropriate, and client centred transition for all clients currently supported through the program.
Other Care finder services remain available to City of Stirling residents. More information on how to access those supports is available on the My Aged Care on the Care Finder webpage.
