The proposal is for Unhosted Short-term Rental Accommodation in an existing 3 bedrooms house, and the applicant has provided a management plan detailing the following:

  • The accommodation is intended for small groups up to six (6) people with single bookings only.
  • The unhosted short term rental accommodation will be exclusively managed by Hometime property managers.
  • There will be a minimum stay of three (3) nights and a maximum stay of eighty-nine (89) nights.
