The proposal is for Unhosted Short-term Rental Accommodation in an existing 3 bedrooms house, and the applicant has provided a management plan detailing the following:
- The accommodation is intended for small groups up to six (6) people with single bookings only.
- The unhosted short term rental accommodation will be exclusively managed by Hometime property managers.
- There will be a minimum stay of three (3) nights and a maximum stay of eighty-nine (89) nights.
- Parking to be located within the existing double carport on site.
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- The Management Plan sets out the booking requirements, guest screening procedures and house rules.
