The proposal is for Unhosted Short-term Rental Accommodation in an existing 2-bedroom house, and the applicant has provided a management plan detailing the following:
- The accommodation is intended for small groups up to four (4) people with single bookings only
- There will be a minimum stay of two (2) nights and a maximum stay of ninety (90) nights
- The Management Plan sets out the property manager’s details, booking requirements, guest screening and check in and check out procedures
- Parking to be located within an existing single garage on site
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
