Osborne Park Hospital expansion – December construction update

Current works

In December, the WA Government’s construction team is relocating existing utility services within the hospital grounds near A Block and Osborne Place.

Planning is also underway to build a dedicated carpark for construction workers and relocate site administration offices within the hospital grounds.

Upcoming activity

From early 2026, the WA Government will increase activity at the construction site at the corner of Limosa Close and Osborne Place, which will include clearing the site and removing existing asphalt to prepare for construction of the new facilities.

Close-down period

The construction site will be closed from 7.00pm on Friday 19 December 2025 until 7.00am on Monday 5 January 2026. To report any concerns during the close-down period, call the Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID) on 08 9326 3666.
