National Simultaneous Storytime (NSS) is here once again.

Every year in May, one picture book by an Australian author and illustrator is read simultaneously across venues nationwide. In this World Cup year, the book is Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller: Luna is the new captain of her soccer team FC Outback, facing off against the fearsome Bush United. To celebrate all things football, Stirling Libraries have teamed up with the Perth Glory Women’s Team. Soccer star Emma Tovar will be reading a story, which will be screened during Library Storytimes throughout the week.

Come along dressed in your favourite team colours! Join our photo competition on the day for your chance to go into the draw to win a copy of Luna Roo or a cap signed by the entire Perth Glory Women’s Team.

Send your photos to stirling.libraries@stirling.wa.gov.au. Suitable for children aged 2-5 years old.
