Competition terms and conditions

• To enter, complete the Pickleball survey and answer all questions. One entry per person
• The prize is a Pickleball 10-pass. One drawn after the competition closes
• Entrants must provide their name and email address at the end of the survey
• Entries close at 5.00pm on Sunday 15 March 2026. The winner will be announced shortly after
• Winning entries may be featured on the City of Stirling’s social media channels
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes
• City of Stirling employees are ineligible to enter.

• Entry into the competition is open to City of Stirling residents only
• To enter, residents must complete the online form with the name of their street tree (Tree Tale) by Thursday 1 October 2026.
• Residents can earn an extra entry by uploading a photo of their tree with the tree tag attached
• There is therefore a maximum of two entries per household
• The prize is a $100 Bunnings gift voucher
• There are four (3) prizes available
• Winners will be drawn at random from entries received in the following promotional periods:
  • Voucher 1 – Monday 13 April to Tuesday 9 June
  • Voucher 2 – Wednesday 10 June to Tuesday 4 August
  • Voucher 3 – Wednesday 5 August to Thursday 1 October
• Winning entries will be notified by email and / or phone
• In the event that a winner is unable to accept their prize, a new winner will be drawn
• Winners must collect their prize from City of Stirling Administration Building, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling
• Winning entries may be shared on the City’s social media accounts
• Vouchers are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

1. Eligibility
   • Entry is open to City of Stirling residents only
   • Entries are limited to one per household
   • Employees of the City of Stirling and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
   • To enter, participants must successfully complete the ‘Water for Wellbeing’ game. Successful completion means answering all questions correctly
   • Participants must also complete the entry form with their name, residential suburb, and contact details (phone/email)
   • Incomplete or unreadable entries may be deemed invalid.
3. Competition Periods
   • The Water for Wellbeing game will be showcased at various venues
   • At each event or showcase, one major prize will be offered
   • Each event acts as a separate competition period, and entries do not roll over to future events.
4. Prizes
   • The major prize for each event will be displayed at the point of entry
   • Prize examples may include mulch vouchers, Wildflower Society plant vouchers, Bunnings vouchers, or similar items
   • Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no exchanges or substitutions are permitted.
5. Winner Selection
   • At the conclusion of each event, one prize winner will be drawn from the competition entry barrel
   • The draw will be conducted by City of Stirling staff.
6. Winner Notification and Prize Collection
   • Winners will be notified via phone or email using the contact details provided
   • Winners will have 30 days from the date of notification to collect their prize from the City of Stirling Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling
   • If the prize is not collected within 30 days, it will be forfeited and may be redistributed by the City of Stirling.
7. Privacy and Handling of Entries
   • Competition entry forms will be securely disposed of through Secure Document Destruction once no longer required
   • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
8. Promotion and Publicity
   • Winning entries or winner first names/suburbs may be shared on the City’s social media accounts and in e‑newsletter publications
   • By entering, participants consent to this promotional use.
9. General Conditions
   • The City of Stirling reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control
   • The City accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries
   • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

• The competition will close at 3.00pm Western Standard Time on 28 January 2026
• This competition is open to anybody who follows @scarborough_beach and @FringeConnect on Instagram and comments on the post tagging a friend
• Multiple entries allowed (each tag is a separate entry)
• The winners will be randomly selected and contacted by the City of Stirling @scarborough_beach page via Instagram direct message
• There are two double passes to be won to a FringeConnect show of your choice, pending availability
• The winners must provide the City of Stirling with name, email address, mobile number and show selected to attend (pending availability) and FringeConnect, the event organiser, will coordinate tickets to the winners
• In the instance that the winner is unable to be contacted within 24 hours, or unable to accept their prize, a new winner will be drawn
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Tickets are not permitted to be resold by the winner
• The winners must be following both Instagram accounts at the time the competition is drawn
• The competition is open to residents and visitors of Perth, Western Australia who are able to attend the show selected
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram
• City of Stirling employees are ineligible to enter.

• In the event a winner is unable to be contacted or to accept their prize, a new winner will be drawn

• One entry, per person, new subscribes only

• The winner must have not been subscribed previously to any of the City's newsletters, or had last unsubscribed a minimum period of one month prior to the start date of the competition (9.00am Thursday 13 November 2025)

• The winner must be a subscriber at the time the competition is drawn

• The winner must be a City of Stirling resident or business owner

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes

• This competition is not affiliated with Karrinyup Shopping Centre.

• The Perth Glory Longest Drive Competition will open at 6.30am on Thursday 13 November and close at 9.00pm Western Standard Time on Sunday 30 November 2025
• This competition is open to individual bookings (group bookings are ineligible) at the Stirling Leisure – Hamersley Public Golf Course driving range
• Entrants must have an Inrange smartphone app account and have their driving range session linked to the Inrange app to be eligible
• Entries are submitted by playing Inrange’s “Longest Drive” game category
• Any entrant who records a drive longer than 191 metres is automatically entered into the prize draw
• Two winners will be selected on Wednesday 3 December and will be contacted via the email address they provided in the Inrange app
• Winner 1 will be the entrant who records the longest drive during the competition period
• Winner 2 will be randomly drawn from entrants who recorded a drive longer than 191 metres
• There are two prizes available – a Perth Glory jersey signed by the A-League Women’s team and a Perth Glory jersey signed by the A-League Men’s team
• Winner 1 can choose their prize, while Winner 2 will receive the remaining prize
• The winners must be willing to collect their prize from the Stirling Leisure – Hamersley Public Golf Course located at 102 Marmion Avenue, Hamersley
• In the event a winner is unable to be contacted or to accept their prize within seven days, a new winner will be randomly selected
• The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes
• City of Stirling and Perth Glory Football Club employees are ineligible to enter.
