The competition will close at 5.00pm Western Standard Time on 31 July 2026
This competition is open to anybody who follows the City's social media channels
The winner will be randomly selected and will be contacted via social media
There is one $500 Karrinyup Shopping Centre gift card to be won, one drawn after the competition closes
The winner must be willing to collect their prize from the City of Stirling Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021
In the event a winner is unable to be contacted, does not respond to the message within three business days or cannot accept their prize, a new winner will be drawn
One entry, per person, new followers only
The winner must be a follower on Facebook and Instagram on the following pages at the time the competition is drawn:
- Facebook and Instagram: @citystirlingwa
- Instagram: @scarborough_beach.
And like our competition post pinned on each page.
The winner must have not been a follower previously to any of the City's social media, or had last unfollowed for a minimum period of three months prior to the start date of the competition (9.00am Monday 11 May 2025)
The winner must be a City of Stirling resident or business owner
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes
City of Stirling employees are ineligible to enter
This competition is not affiliated with Karrinyup Shopping Centre.

This competition is open to anybody who signs up or uses the Rates portal Tuesday 1 July 2025 until Tuesday 30 June 2026

The winner must be a property owner who is signed up to the Rates Portal
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes
City of Stirling employees are ineligible to enter.
- Entry into the competition is open to City of Stirling residents only
- To enter, residents must complete the online form with the name of their street tree (Tree Tale) by Thursday 1 October 2026.
- Residents can earn an extra entry by uploading a photo of their tree with the tree tag attached
- There is therefore a maximum of two entries per household
- The prize is a $100 Bunnings gift voucher
- There are four (3) prizes available
- Winners will be drawn at random from entries received in the following promotional periods:
- Voucher 1 – Monday 13 April to Tuesday 9 June
- Voucher 2 – Wednesday 10 June to Tuesday 4 August
- Voucher 3 – Wednesday 5 August to Thursday 1 October
- Winning entries will be notified by email and / or phone
- In the event that a winner is unable to accept their prize, a new winner will be drawn
- Winners must collect their prize from City of Stirling Administration Building, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling
- Winning entries may be shared on the City’s social media accounts
- Vouchers are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
- Eligibility
- Entry is open to City of Stirling residents only
- Entries are limited to one per household
- Employees of the City of Stirling and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter
- To enter, participants must successfully complete the ‘Water for Wellbeing’ game. Successful completion means answering all questions correctly
- Participants must also complete the entry form with their name, residential suburb, and contact details (phone/email)
- Incomplete or unreadable entries may be deemed invalid.
- Competition Periods
- The Water for Wellbeing game will be showcased at various venues
- At each event or showcase, one major prize will be offered
- Each event acts as a separate competition period, and entries do not roll over to future events.
- Prizes
- The major prize for each event will be displayed at the point of entry
- Prize examples may include mulch vouchers, Wildflower Society plant vouchers, Bunnings vouchers, or similar items
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no exchanges or substitutions are permitted.
- Winner Selection
- At the conclusion of each event, one prize winner will be drawn from the competition entry barrel
- The draw will be conducted by City of Stirling staff.
- Winner Notification and Prize Collection
- Winners will be notified via phone or email using the contact details provided
- Winners will have 30 days from the date of notification to collect their prize from the City of Stirling Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling
- If the prize is not collected within 30 days, it will be forfeited and may be redistributed by the City of Stirling.
- Privacy and Handling of Entries
- Competition entry forms will be securely disposed of through Secure Document Destruction once no longer required
- Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
- Promotion and Publicity
- Winning entries or winner first names/suburbs may be shared on the City’s social media accounts and in e‑newsletter publications
- By entering, participants consent to this promotional use.
- General Conditions
- The City of Stirling reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control
- The City accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries
- By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- The competition is open to anyone who attends our National Simultaneous Storytime events
- To enter, email a photo of your child or children standing in front of a National Simultaneous Storytime display at one of our libraries
- Send your photo to stirling.libraries@stirling.wa.gov.au with “NSS Photo Competition” in the subject line
- Before emailing your photo, you must complete the online photo consent form
- Enter National Simultaneous Storytime in the Event name field at the top of the form
- Entries without a completed consent form will not be valid
- 12 winners will be selected, with prizes including a signed book or a signed cap
- Entries close at 5.00pm on Friday 29 May 2026.
