Comic Book Workshop with Kylie Howarth

Join award‑winning author‑illustrator Kylie Howarth for a laugh‑out‑loud, hands‑on comic‑making adventure! Kylie, creator of the brand‑new KEV AND TREV graphic novel series, will take you behind the scenes of her wonderfully wacky creative process—where swimming with sharks sparks story ideas and painting with broccoli leads to brilliant artwork.

In this energetic draw‑along session, you’ll learn how Kylie brings her quirky characters to life on the page. Then it’s your turn! Dive in, unleash your imagination, and create your very own mini‑comic to take home. A perfect event for young artists, curious storytellers, and anyone who loves to giggle while they create. For ages 8-12 years.

Important information: Bookings are essential for this event. Please book only for your child. Parents/caregivers must remain in the library for the duration of the session.
