The Better Health Program is a free 10-week program providing families with children 6 - 12 with support to build a healthy family routine and empower sustainable health behaviours.

Across two hours, families will gain skills and knowledge in focus areas like quality nutrition, active movement, balancing screen-time, sleep routines, mindfulness, and more!
