The City opened its first library in 1958, and now provides six libraries in convenient locations across the City: Dianella, Inglewood, Karrinyup, Mirrabooka, Osborne and Scarborough. For over 50 years, Stirling libraries have helped our community through education and entertainment as well as enriching family life and bringing people together irrespective of age, background or gender.

eSmart Libraries In addition to lending books, magazines, DVDs, ebooks and a wide range of other items, Stirling libraries offer:

Be Connected Workshops

Technology has a lot to offer older Australians, whether it be keeping in touch with relatives, managing your finances or offering entertainment.  Be Connected, through City of Stirling Libraries and Fire Tech are offering a number of one hour-long workshops aimed at improving technology skills amongst older Australians.  Head to our What's On page for more info.
