Use this form to notify the City of Stirling of events being held on privately owned land or premises. This form is not to be used for events being held on land or in a building owned or managed by the City of Stirling.

Please provide as much relevant information as possible when submitting the enquiry.

Has a first aid kit and a qualified first aid provider been arranged for at the event (eg. event staff/volunteer with a first aid certification, or formal first aid provider such as St John)?*
