Proposal details:
- Four (4) static vehicle parking bays
- Customer bookings are by appointment only, only one customer at the premises at any time
- Anticipate three (3) customers per day
- Any commercial waste will be disposed correctly and recycle where possible
- All services provided will be performed inside the premises, minimal noise created by the business
- The business will be operated by the owner with no other staffs.
