- There will be a minimum stay of three (3) nights and a maximum stay of eighty-five (85) nights.
- Parking to be located within the existing double garage on site.
- Parties, events or functions are strictly prohibited.
- The Management Plan sets out the complaints management, code of conduct, waste management and acceptable use of the premises.
