The proposal is for Unhosted Short-term Rental Accommodation in an existing 3 bedrooms house, and the applicant has provided a management plan detailing the following:
- The accommodation is intended for small groups up to six (6) people with single bookings only.
- The unhosted short term rental accommodation will be advertised on platforms like Airbnb and Bookings.com.
- There will be a minimum stay of three (3) nights and a maximum stay of eighty-five (85) nights.
- Parking to be located within the existing double garage on site.
- Parties, events or functions are strictly prohibited.
- The Management Plan sets out the complaints management, code of conduct, waste management and acceptable use of the premises.
