The proposed change of use to short stay accommodation includes the following details:

  • A maximum capacity of 4 adult guests or 2 adult guests with up to 2 children (over the age of 3 years)
  • Additional visitors limited to 8.00am to 10.00pm on any day at a concurrent maximum of 4
  • Minimum booking period of 6 weeks and a maximum stay of 85 nights
  • The short stay accommodation will be managed by an experienced agent
  • A Management Plan has been prepared which also includes a procedure for addressing complaints
  • One covered car parking bay (garage) allocated to the unit. Any excess guest vehicles are to be parked on the street
  • Potential overflow parking for visitors of guests in the assigned visitor parking spaces or on the street
  • Animals, parties and extra guests are not permitted
  • Smoking and vaping within the unit and surrounds are not permitted.
