- The accommodation is intended for small groups up to four (4) people with single bookings only
- There will be a minimum stay of two (2) nights and no set maximum length of stay
- Parking is to be located in a designated parking bay on site
- Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the property and on the premises
- The Management Plan sets out the booking requirements, guest screening procedures, house rules and complaints management procedures.
