Inviting community feedback on proposed road safety upgrades near Inglewood Primary School 

In response to community concerns, the City is working with Main Roads WA to explore traffic calming treatments at four key intersections near the school, along with a raised zebra crossing on Robinson Street near Crawford Road and an additional midblock plateau on Normanby Road.

The proposed treatments are designed to help reduce traffic speeds and support safer access for children, families, staff and the wider community, particularly during busy school drop-off and pick-up times. 

Community feedback will help the City understand the level of support for the proposal and identify any concerns about how the treatments may affect people living, travelling or parking in the area. 

After consultation closes, all feedback will be reviewed and considered. The feedback received will help inform the final design and the City’s decision on whether to proceed with a funding application to Main Roads WA.
