Shaping Life Around Uncertainty: Grief, Resilience, and Realities is a workshop facilitated by GriefWise WA. This workshop offers a gentle space to explore grief as it can be experienced while living with rare, genetic, and undiagnosed conditions. This may include the uncertainty of not having answers, navigating pathways to care, and the ongoing emotional weight of living with complexity over time.

Facilitated by a counsellor with lifelong experience in grief and loss, this session will explore grief in its many forms, alongside adjustment, resilience, and the realities people may be carrying day-to-day. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you, whether that is listening, reflecting, or connecting with others.

This event is designed for individuals living with, or caring for someone with, a Rare Genetic or Undiagnosed (RGU) condition. However, if you feel the session would be valuable for you, we warmly encourage you to attend.
