This small group fitness session (max 6 people) is suitable for all fitness levels and combines functional weight training, cardiovascular exercises, core work and stretching for an effective all-round session.
This class involves resistance training (free weights and resistance bands) and cardiovascular exercises (aerobic moves, steps, rower, x-trainer and bike) for a complete whole body workout. Fitballs, BOSU and balance boards are used to improve balance and core strength. You can expect to see and feel a number of benefits.
Classes are designed to meet everyone’s level of fitness; a qualified personal trainer will adapt exercises to meet individual needs. All you need to bring is an exercise mat, towel and water bottle.
Weather dependant some classes will be facilitated in the garden; others will be conducted in the fully equipped air-conditioned studio gym.
