Christmas and its meaning for primary school age children

The real Christmas story read out, along with screened illustrations! For 5 - 11 yr olds

Choose to attend on either Saturday 6 or Saturday 13 for this 1 hour session.

  • Multiple children per family welcome 5- 11 age group
  • Take a seat after you arrive, while childen sit in front
  • Hear Beryl read expressively, as she engages and interacts with the children while they listen and learn this captivating true story, from Carine MacKenzies children's book, "The Christmas Story" based on The Bible. About 15 minutes duration
  • See the approx 18 beautiful painted illustrations on a TV screen
  • Followed by a choice of two craft activities based on the Nativity and Christmas ( About 30 mins) Helpers will be there to guide them if needed
  • Enjoy a cuppa , relax and chat. We love to chat about Jesus birth - the prophecies, humble surroundings and the significance of why Jesus came to earth, especially if you have questions/comments
  • This event has been put on by 6 Christian volunteers from Perth churches.
