Osborne Park Hospital expansion – June update

The WA Government is delivering a major transformation at Osborne Park Hospital as part of the New Women and Babies Hospital Project, with the expansion of maternity, gynaecology and neonatology services, birthing suites and theatres.
Upcoming works
On Monday 22 June, works will begin to construct a new access road via Limosa Close for construction vehicle entry to site. The temporary road will be closed to the public and used only during construction hours for the duration of the project.
Scheduled to finish in August, works will include the installation of temporary fencing, bulk excavation and site strip, installation of stormwater drainage, compaction for pavement preparation and asphalting works.
Expected impacts
Some intermittent noise and vibration are expected during the works and there may be a temporary odour during asphalting work.
